Application & Planning Prep
Once your application is approved and you've secured your spot, you'll receive a detailed questionnaire. I want to know about your business, your offerings, your ideal customer, and what you want your website to achieve. If you have existing copy, brand colors, or images, great. If you don't, also great - we'll work with what you have.
Week 1: Strategy Session & Content Planning
I deep dive into your questionnaire and pull out all the gems.
For Squarespace clients, we nail down your key messages and page structure. For Shopify clients, we discuss your product lineup, collections, and customer journey. This is where we figure out what your visitors need to know and how to make it easy for them to take action.
Week 1-2:
Design & Build
I disappear into my studio and build your website. You're added to your own client portal where you can see progress updates, leave feedback, and access all the important info in one place. No more digging through emails to find that one link.
Week 2:
Review & Refinements
You get access to review your site and provide feedback. We refine, adjust, and make sure everything feels exactly right. Not very tech-savvy? No problem - I walk you through everything in simple terms.
Week 2-3:
Final Touches & Launch
We finalise any last details, test everything thoroughly (mobile, checkout, forms, all of it), and get you ready to launch. You receive recorded video tutorials showing you how to manage your site, plus one week of email support for any questions.

100%. Once the project is complete and paid in full, I transfer the ownership of the website over to you. I stay onboard as an ‘admin’ in case there are any updates to the platforms that require a designers help (something I offer as a bonus with all my clients, keeping up to date with the platforms latest news and events is something I am truly passionate about).
